We understand you want to receive your order as quickly as possible. That's why Mavies does everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible. We guarantee that orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Once you have ordered, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.
- We'll pack your order within 48 hours on business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a track & trace code.
- In the Netherlands, PostNL will deliver your order.
Belgium
Orders to Belgium are shipped directly, just like all other orders. In our experience, delivery times are 3 to 5 days.
The Netherlands
Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5.95 for a standard package and €3.95 for a letterbox package. Shipping is free for orders over €75.

For orders to Belgium we charge €8.50 in shipping costs
Other European countries
For other European countries, shipping costs start from €12.95 per package.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, it doesn't fit, or you want to exchange it, you can do so within 14 days (from the date of order).
Returns
The product can only be returned if it is unused and accompanied by all original documentation and accessories. For items that do not meet the requirements, only a partial refund will be issued. If this is the case, we will contact you.
Please include your IBAN number on the invoice so we can refund your money. We will credit the amount of the returned item if it meets all the requirements. The amount will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within thirty days. Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.
Loss of the return shipment is the customer's risk. Therefore, we recommend returning the item as a parcel with a Track & Trace number so you can always track what went wrong.
If you paid by credit card, the credit will be applied to your card within 30 business days. Note: Some credit card companies issue credits once a month. In that case, it may take up to six weeks for you to see the credit. The credit amount is determined based on the amount paid on the original invoice.
Exceptions
Items discounted 50% or more cannot be returned. Exchanges are possible, but the return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If items are returned to us with a discount of 50% or more, we will refund the amount minus an administration fee of €5 and any shipping costs incurred by us.

If you want to exchange the product, please indicate on the invoice which size and/or color you want. The correct pair will be shipped immediately after the first order is returned to us in good condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
